If you're a true Deadpool fan, you know it's not necessarily family friendly. There is an insane amount of violence, obscene language and of course "unicorn sex." And that's the way fans like it!
It will be filmed in Vancouver, Canada:
Deadpool was experimented on in Canada, which is where he gained his abilities. This could be a hint that we'll see some of that origin story in the film.
It will not be the same Deadpool we saw in Wolverine: Origins:

This Deadpool will really be known as the "merc with a mouth." He should be witty, reckless, and from the looks of the test footage last year, he will be breaking that fourth wall - speaking to fans directly from time to time.
Oh, and if you haven't noticed, his costume will stay pretty true to the comics.
